Hi Kaiden are you having fun on our pic nic, this was Kaidens first time out with the family, he was so good he loves being outside.....

Yesterday was mothers day, the day started out with Elder Chris Shupe calling us to wish me and Kelsey a happy mothers day. It was so nice to hear from him and all the new members that he is introducing to the Church, he has been a great missionary. We went to the park and had a wonderful pic nic, the day was so nice, It was Kaiden's first outing to the park and we took the dogs and they had a great time too. The kids made dinner and gave mom some time to relax while they were taking care of things in the kitchen, Bret came up and I was great to see him and Kaiden together. We all played yahtze together and Kelsey won. We had a great weekend together, we went to see the new IronMan movie, it was great.

Hey friends and family, this has been a very difficult week for me. Last Friday I was let go from a company that I have been working with for the past five years. It came to me as a surprise, I had no Idea, I have wanted to change jobs since I started school three years ago, I guess this had to happen to force me to make a change, last Thursday I found out that my dear friend Anne lost her son Michael to suicide, the memories that I have of Michael are very good memories, he was always so friendly, loving and very compassionate toward me and my family when we first moved to Prove, nine years ago, and again when I worked with him at the same place, whenever we ran into each other he always took the time to be a friend, even to someone who was his mothers age. I will miss his spirit, his kindness. Anne I am so sorry for your loss. This week our little Kaiden has been very fussy, Kelsey and I have been taking turns rocking, holding soothing our little guy, Of course I am very grateful that he is in our lives, we have allot of fun with him. I know that these things are just a small trial that I am going through, I am very grateful that I have close friends and a loving family, they are very supportive. I know that whenever a door closes another one opens.

Spending time with family, nothing gets any better than this, Katie and Hollie attempting to rollerblade and play football, Hollie and Dallin taking goofy pictures, but this one sure turned out cute, all of us at Jaydens house in Hooper Utah on the Sunday before he left to go on his mission....
